WHAT the Help Desk does
We empower individuals and groups to stay safe in the increasingly connected world. To achieve this, we provide technical support, expert guidance, and curated resources. Instead of simply fixing an issue you have, we strive to equip you with the knowledge and tools required to do so.
We also provide emergency assistance if you face a data breach or if your device or account is compromised.
WHERE we work
Our priority is to help individuals and groups from the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. We may also be able to help with requests for assistance from elsewhere.
You can contact us and receive support in English and Russian. We can also provide limited support in Azerbaijani, Georgian, Romanian, Tajik, and Uzbek. If you require assistance in Arabic, we can put you in touch with a separate dedicated Help Desk.
Our WORKING HOURS and RESPONSE TIME
The Help Desk accepts questions and inquiries 24/7. We strive to respond to all questions and inquiries within 24 hours Monday to Friday. If you meet the criteria for our support, we will make every effort to address and resolve issues you are facing within 48 hours.
Please note that actual response times may vary based on the complexity of inquiries and available resources. In some cases we may refer your request for assistance to another trusted partner who also offers free assistance.
